Live Art, Meaningful Gifting, and Creative Event Experiences

Where to begin? The last year and a half has been filled with change, growth, and transition—and that sense of movement is deeply informing my work, especially as the seasons shift.

Here at home, we’ve been growing in every sense of the word. After months of planning and collaboration with everyone from sales reps to construction crews, we’ve officially broken ground on a new facility that will house an art studio, small barn, gym, and garage. Our cozy 1,500-square-foot home has been a gem, but with my husband and I both working from home—and friends and family we love squeezed into every corner—it’s time for a space designed to support creativity, connection, and the life we’re building.

While the building site takes shape during the day, my evenings have been spent painting ornaments, usually with Parks and Recreation playing softly in the background. This quiet studio rhythm is balanced by something I look forward to all year: creating live, interactive art experiences at events.

This December, I’m honored to once again partner with Nutramax Laboratories at the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) Conference, where I’ll be customizing hand-painted porcelain ornaments live at their booth. These types of tradeshow booth activations—where guests can pause, connect, and receive something truly personal—are some of my favorite projects. They transform a traditional booth visit into a luxury guest experience, blending fine art, storytelling, and thoughtful gifting.

Much like last year, this live ornament customization allows Nutramax to thank their partners and clients with meaningful, heirloom-quality keepsakes. It’s a beautiful example of how experiential marketing and live art can create genuine emotional connection—especially in environments like conferences and tradeshows where brands are seeking new ways to stand out. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give back to the equine veterinary community and to serve as a Christmas elf once again.

I truly love connecting with people through live event painting, interactive brand activations, and custom on-site art experiences. These moments—whether at a tradeshow, luxury event, or private gathering—are about more than entertainment. They’re about creating something memorable together. If there’s an event, brand, or planner you know who may be searching for a unique guest experience or a creative event activation, I would be so grateful for the introduction. Sharing this work means everything to me.

Alongside my event work, I’m also painting a limited holiday ornament collection that will be available on my website starting November 18. With over 200 ornaments being created for the AAEP event, quantities for the shop will be limited. Studio members will receive early access as a heartfelt thank-you for supporting my work throughout the year.

I’m also offering a very limited number of custom ornament commissions, available exclusively to studio members. With only a few short weeks until the holidays, I’m intentionally limiting commissions so I can give each piece my full attention. These ornaments are true one-of-a-kind original artworks—made slowly, with care, and intended to be treasured for a lifetime of holiday celebrations.

Thank you, always, for being part of this journey—whether you’re here for the art, the stories, the events, or the quiet moments in between.
